Aqua Cardio

A 45 minute cardio blast, no equipment, just you and the water for resistance, buoyancy and drag to create your workout.

The session involves intervals of high intensity work followed by active rest and recovery, making this a great class to start the day. Water provides 12 to 14 percent more resistance than air, so you will be conditioning both muscular and cardiovascular fitness at the same time.
