It’s a 30-minute joy ride that'll transform your abs, booty and thighs. ABT focuses on strengthening your core, toning your lower body and elevate your overall well-being by enhancing your posture, mobility, and balance.  

This workout blends bodyweight and weighted exercises, incorporating both compound and isolation movements to focus on your abdominal, back, and thigh (ABT) muscles.

Suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from experienced professionals to beginners, you have the flexibility to select the resistance level that matches your capabilities. Despite the moderate intensity, the workout delivers a satisfying burn 🔥.

Catch our instructors on Tuesdays at 8:55am and 5:30pm for a session that’ll have you sweating, smiling, and feeling fabulous in no time!
