Our baby & toddler classes are the perfect way to bond with your little one while introducing them to the water.

Using songs, games, and water toys - our classes are held in our warm 34°C pool - the perfect temperature for learning!

Classes are $19.90 per week and includes add access to Waterbubs play sessions three times a week.

Program Details 

We have four levels, enrolled by age, plus a transition class to our school aged learn to swim program.

By the end of Tadpoles, your child will have achieved the following skills:

  1. Enters safely into pool with a carer
  2. Responds to guardian’s cues
  3. Moves forward and backward through the water
  4. Rotates from front to back with assistance
  5. Able to stimulate kicking
  6. Participates in the social class environment.

By the end of this level, your baby will have experienced the following skills:

  1. Enters safely into the pool with carer from seated position
  2. Responds to a guardian’s cues and is able to perform a variety of submersion techniques
  3. Moves forward and backward through the water
  4. Able to achieve assisted rotations (both vertically and horizontally)
  5. Able to stimulate kicking and paddling
  6. Able to crawl down to the mat independently.

By the end of Turtles, your child will have experienced the following skills:

  1. Enters safely into the pool with carer from seated and standing positions
  2. Responds to a guardian’s cues and is able to perform a variety of submersion techniques
  3. Moves forward and backward through the water
  4. Able to achieve assisted rotations (both vertically and horizontally)
  5. Able to engage in rudimentary kicking
  6. Able to move around the pool environment safely.

By the end of Pelicans, your child will have experienced the following skills:

  1. Able to independently enter and exit the pool
  2. Able to independently submerge
  3. Able to float on front and back with assistance
  4. Able to achieve full rotation within the water (both vertically and horizontally)
  5. Able to engage in rudimentary kicking to achieve propulsion
  6. Able to engage in the lesson environment in more complex manner.

Wetlanders is a transition class aimed at easing the journey between parent/child classes to independent teacher/child classes. You will be slowly transitioned out of the water as your child's confidence grows.

By the end of Wetlanders, your child will have experienced the following skills:

  1. Able to independently enter and exit the pool through a variety of means
  2. Able to independently submerge
  3. Able to float on front and back with assistance
  4. Able to achieve full rotation within the water (both vertically and horizontally)
  5. Can kick with aid and achieve propulsion
  6. Able to confidently participate in the lesson without a guardian.

How to sign up

To enrol, firstly create an account with us if you don't already have one, or log in to your member portal.

You require a free account if you wish to come casually to the gym, book into a casual session or book your child into creche or a program.

  1. Go to your Member Portal and log in
  2. Click 'Create your Account'
  3. Click 'Free Account/Visit Passes'
  4. Keep it on 'Memberships' and select 'Next'
  5. Fill in your details and click 'Create Account'


If you have previously been enrolled in a program but haven't used the portal before, you will already be in our system but won't have a log in yet.

  1. Go to your Member Portal and log in
  2. Click 'Forgot password'
  3. Enter the email address you used originally to enrol your child
  4. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password

You should now have access to your online account.

Next, add your child to your account if you haven't already.

To enrol your child in lessons, you need to add them to your account first. 

Go to your Member Portal and log in

  1. Click on 'Your Children' in the Menu
  2. Select 'Add Child' at the bottom of the page
  3. Select 'Free Account/Visit Passes'
  4. Keep it on 'Memberships' and select 'Next'
  5. Complete all required fields and click 'Create Account'

You will need to do this for each individual child in your family.

Now let's find out what level your child is in through our class matcher tool.

Find your level

Next, let's find a class to enrol in, in the member portal.

  1. Click ‘book’ in the member portal menu. 
  2. Select ‘Swim School & Kids Programs’ in the sub-menu 
  3. Click ‘any activity type’ and choose ‘school aged learn to swim’ 
  4. Click ‘enrol now’ on your class level that the class matcher tool helped you with. 
  5. Scroll through the available class options and select ‘enrol now’. 
  6. Select ‘Learn to Swim – Direct Debit’ and review your enrolment. 
  7. Read and agree to the terms and conditions 
  8. Select either a bank account or credit card for your payment method. 
  9. Enter your payment details and confirm your enrolment.
