No. We'll ask you some questions in our online portal to find the right class for you. If we find at your first lesson that you'd be better suited to a different level, we can move you then.

On lesson day, two spectators will be allowed in to watch your child during their lessons. If you're in any of the baby aged classes, one person is in the water with bub and two spectators can come in and watch. Please ensure all spectators arrive together and head into the aquatic area together. Any extra spectators or spectators arriving after the child has entered for lessons will need to pay a $2.80 spectator fee.

On non-lesson days, you'll be allowed one adult in to supervise your child swim. Any extras will need to pay whether they’re spectating or swimming.

We don't offer make up lessons, but as a member of Swim ARCademy you can come to the pool at anytime during the week outside your lesson to practice your skills.

If you've received a progression email from us or your teacher notifies you that you have progressed, you can either:

  • Come and see us at the Aqua Hub or at reception and one of our staff members will show you the current availability of the next level. From there, you can decide which class you would like to move to.
  • Change it yourself in the member portal.

You don't need to re enrol for Swim ARCademy, your membership continues ongoing throughout the year.

Siblings swimming in the Learn to Swim pool and 25m pool can be booked into lessons at the same time as long as the guardian can maintain visual contact between both pools.

This does NOT apply to parents and babies. They cannot have another child in the Learn to Swim pool or 25m pool whilst in the warm water pool unless another guardian is present.

If your child is 11 years and under you'll need to be in the aquatic area sitting next to their pool during their lesson.
