All physiotherapists accessing the Cockburn ARC must be registered with us, and have a current Certificate of Currency for professional indemnity and public liability insurance on file.
This applies whether operating as a sole trader or on behalf of a company.
Where a physiotherapist is engaged by a third party company, that company must be registered with us and the required documentation must be held against that account.
