Using the Portal

Our member portal is where you can join a program or sign your child up for a program.

Access the member portal

Steps if you're booking a program for yourself.

You require a free account if you wish to come casually to the gym, book into a casual session or book your child into creche or a program.

  1. Go to your Member Portal and log in
  2. Click 'Create your Account'
  3. Click 'Free Account/Visit Passes'
  4. Keep it on 'Memberships' and select 'Next'
  5. Fill in your details and click 'Create Account'


If you have previously been enrolled in a program but haven't used the portal before, you will already be in our system but won't have a log in yet.

  1. Go to your Member Portal and log in
  2. Click 'Forgot password'
  3. Enter the email address you used originally to enrol your child
  4. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password

You should now have access to your online account.

If you can't remember the email you last used, please call us on 9411 3344.

Steps if you're booking a program for your child.

To purchase an activity for your child, you need to add them to your account.

  1. Go to your Member Portal and log in
  2. Click on 'Your Children' in the Menu
  3. Select 'Add Child' at the bottom of the page
  4. Select 'Free Account/Visit Passes'
  5. Keep it on 'Memberships' and select 'Next'
  6. Complete all required fields and click 'Create Account'

You will need to do this for each individual child in your family.


  1. Go to your Member Portal and log in
  2. Go to 'Book' 
  3. Select 'Multi Session Program' or 'Single Session Program', depending on what you are enrolling into.
  4. Select your program and time 
  5. Click 'Book Now'
  6. You'll be taken to the payment module. Pay here. Your booking will be cancelled if you do not pay at the time.

Create a free guest account for yourself on our portal first. You'll be able to use this account for future bookings at the ARC.

  1. Select 'Join Now'
  2. Select 'Free Account'
  3. Select 'Create Free Account'
  4. Fill in your personal details (not your child's)

Add each child to your profile.

  1. Log into your member portal 
  2. Go to 'Your Children' 
  3. Go to 'Add Child'
  4. Select 'Free Account / Visit Passes', then 'Next'
  5. Select 'Create Free Account', then 'Next'
  6. Add your details - leaving the email field blank & providing an Emergency Contact other than yourself
  7. Select 'Create Account'

Book and Pay

  1. Log into your member portal
  2. Go to 'Book'  
  3. Select 'Multi Session Program' or 'Single Session Program', depending on what you are enrolling into.
  4. Select your program and time 
  5. Click 'Book Now'
  6. You'll be taken to the payment module. Pay here. Your booking will be cancelled if you do not pay at the time.
