We have an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your detective skills and help us make the ARC the best it can possibly be. We know that the real experts on our customer service are the ones who use and love the centre day in and day out - that's you!
We are looking for a select crew of members who would like to help us continuously improve.
Introducing Mystery Members!
Your mission, should you choose to accept it...
You will help us assess our customer service throughout the centre, by observing and sometimes directly interacting with staff as you go about your activities here at the ARC.
We will let you know full details of your "mission" and how to go about it, so you are fully prepared!
Once your mission is complete, you will report back through a survey about the tasks you undertook to help us benchmark where the team as, and provide detailed feedback on your experience.
Your reward
If you complete all your missions within the specified period, and submit your survey back to us, we will reward you with two to four weeks free membership, depending on the depth of your feedback. So provide us with lots of information!
