Your cancellation must be lodged by the close of business on Tuesday prior to the next direct debit date to ensure payment is not taken out.

The next direct debit date is Thursday 20 December 2025

If you cancel after Tuesday 18 December 2025, then your cancellation will come into effect two weeks after the above date.

*If the Tuesday occurs on a public holiday, all forms must be received by the previous Friday.
