Returns and refunds

Our returns and refund policy applies to all items sold in our retail section. Any requests for returns or refunds will be reviewed against the below criteria.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is supplied.

Items must be returned in original sale condition, meaning they must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • With all original tags and labels attached

Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip and all swing tags remain attached.

Where a return is approved, funds will be processed to the original method of payment where possible.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • For minor issues, we may offer a repair or replacement.
  • For major issues, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

Products may be referred to the manufacturer for assessment before a refund or exchange is processed.
