Multiple areas will have temporary closures and relocations this month, affecting the gym, lockers, Mind & Body classes, Aquatics and the Stadium. Plan your visit with these changes in mind.
Short gym night closure - Wed 3 Dec
The Health Club will close early on Wednesday 3 December from 9pm for scheduled works. It will reopen at 12am. During this time 24/7 access will not be available.
If you're training that evening, please wrap up and exit before 9pm.
Overnight gym lockers unavailable
From 8pm Thursday 4 December to 8am Friday 5 December, the gym floor lockers will be unavailable while they undergo maintenance.
During this period, please use:
- The lockers in the male or female changerooms, or
- The lockers outside the group fitness studios.
Reminders:
- Clear your gym locker before works begin. Anything left behind may not make it to the other side
- Keep your gym bag off the gym floor and store it in the alternative lockers listed above.
3 day mind and body classes swap to alternate venue
All Mind and Body classes will move to the Main Group Fitness Studio or the Fremantle Function Centre from Sunday 7 December.
Sunday 7 December: All classes will run in the Main Group Fitness Studio.
Classes return to the Mind and Body Studio from Tuesday 9 December, with Pilates Intro being the first class back at 4:55pm.
You can confirm the location of your class on your booking confirmation email or your printed kiosk ticket.
Aquatics early closure on Saturday
The aquatics area will close at 5pm on Saturday 20 December. Normal operating hours resume Sunday 21 December from 7am.
Week long aquatic changeroom and shower closure
From Monday 15 December to Sunday 21 December, showers and changerooms in the Aqua Hub area will be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
Closed areas:
- Male showers
- Female changeroom and showers
Alternatives available during this period:
- Outdoor changerooms
- Health Club changerooms
- Stadium changerooms
- Pool deck showers for rinsing only
All toilets will remain open.
Stadium closure over 6 days
The stadium will be closed from Tuesday 23 December and will reopen on Monday 29 December while court maintenance takes place.
Please note there will be limited court availability on Monday 22 December as we begin prep for the works.
