We are now accepting applications from individuals and community groups who would like to become a regular hirer in 2027.
If you would like to make a regular booking of our courts, pool lanes or a meeting room, please submit a request for your chosen days and times.
How to submit
1. Read through our terms and conditions.
2. Complete our Schedule of Bookings template for all bookings required between January to December 2027. This must be attached when you submit your booking request.
3. Submit our Regular Hirer Application Form, attaching your completed schedule and a copy of your public liability insurance (if required).
