The Biocircuit is an AI-powered strength training circuit that delivers a personalised full-body workout - no guesswork, no setup required. Just scan your band at the kiosk and the machines do the rest. 

Each session runs for just 22 minutes, guiding you through every move. It’s quick, efficient, and customised to help you smash your fitness goals.

About the Biocircuit

  1. Scan your wristband at the front kiosk (the one closest to the Health Assessment rooms). This step is essential as it syncs your timing with the circuit and loads your personalised settings like seat height and resistance. 
  2. Select Smart Programme to begin. This is your AI-designed workout based on your goals and your calibration session. Take a moment to read through the options and pick what suits you. You can change it later if needed. 
  3. Click Start Workout in the top right. If it's your first time, you'll do a calibration lap to assess your strength. If you've already done this, your usual 22-minute workout (2 laps) will begin.  
  4. Follow the system prompts. The kiosk will guide you to your first machine, and the TV nearby (near the stairwell) shows where you are in the circuit. Hit Start on each machine and follow the on-screen instructions. Each station includes work time and 30 seconds of rest. 
  5. Stay in sync. If you fall behind or miss a machine, you’ll be removed from the circuit and need to restart. This keeps everyone on the same timing.

Before starting your workout, you can deselect any exercises on the map at the bottom right of the kiosk screen. 

To keep everyone in sync, the system will remove you from the session and you’ll need to restart. Make sure to follow the on-screen prompts and move quickly between stations. 

Yes! Each piece of equipment has a screen where you can manually adjust your weights using the + or – buttons. It’s best to do this during your rest break especially for upper body exercises. Your new weight selection will save automatically and carry over to your next session as your new baseline. 

Absolutely! The system is beginner-friendly and adjusts to your fitness level automatically. 

You’ll complete a full-body workout in just 22 minutes. Perfect if you're short on time or want to squeeze a quick lunch-time workout in.

The Biocircuit is fully guided and automated. It adjusts to your personal settings and leads you through a structured workout, no setup or guesswork needed. 

The machines won’t work, and you won’t be synced into the circuit. Always start by scanning your band at the kiosk. 

Yes. You can switch to a different goal or resistance profile at any time through the Smart Programme settings on the kiosk.
