Applications are now open to become a regular hirer in 2026
We are now accepting applications from individuals and community groups who would like to become a regular hirer in 2026.
If you would like to make a regular booking of our courts, pool lanes or a meeting room, please submit a request for your chosen days and times.
How to submit
1. Read through our terms and conditions opens in a new window
2. Complete our Schedule of Bookings template opens in a new window for all bookings required between January to December 2026.
3. Submit your bookings to Manuela Hall, our Bookings Officer on arcbookings@cockburnarc.com.au opens in a new window Let us know at the same time if you need to change any of your contact details.
4. If you are required to provide public liability insurance, please send through a current version.
