Rehabilitation Wellness Pool Visit Pass Applications are to be submitted by an insurance company or physiotherapist on behalf of their client.
The cost of the visit passes are:
10 x Rehabilitation Wellness Pool Visit Passes $150 (incl GST)
20 x Rehabilitation Wellness Pool Visit Passes $300 (incl GST)
10 x Concession Rehabilitation Wellness Pool Visit Passes $132.50 (incl GST)
(concession card must be attached)
20 x Concession Rehabilitation Wellness Pool Visit Passes $265.00 (incl GST)

This includes access to:
Pools
Spa, sauna and steam
Warm water pool
Please note, as customers are required to have an access FOB, $5 will be charged to the insurer with their initial purchase of passes.
On your first visit:
Visit our friendly staff at the reception desk and let them know you hold a rehabilitation wellness pool visit pass.
Provide the opportunity for the reception staff to take your photo for identification purposes.
Collect your FOB for access to the facilities under this agreement.

Customers are required to have an access FOB and it will be charged to their insurer at the time of their initial purchase.
I understand this visit pass can only be purchased by a qualified practicing Physio/Insurer.
Multi visit passes are non-refundable.
Multi visit passes expire 12 months from the date of activation.
Anyone accompanying the member to the facility will be required to pay the appropriate swim or spectator entry fee.
This pass does include access to the Wellness Lounge.
This pass does not include access to the waterslides.
