If you wish to forfeit a game, please fill in the below form before the given time on the day of your fixtured match:
Senior Social Sports: by 5pm
Junior Sports: by 3pm
Women's Morning Netball: by 8am

For any forfeits made after this time on the day of your game, please fill in the form and phone reception, otherwise an additional fee will apply. You can contact reception on 08 9411 3344.

Forfeits with more than a day's notice will be required to pay a standard game fee ($78.50 for Senior Social Sports or $67.30 for Junior Sports).

Teams forfeiting on the day of their game will be required to pay a standard game fee plus the opposition's game fee

This fee will be charged automatically to the team's nominated credit card.
