This booking enquiry form is for:

Schools, community groups and organisations
Individuals or groups of individuals (for at least 4 regular bookings)

We require 1 week advance notice for a booking.

Prior to completing a booking form, please ensure you have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions and Fees and Charges, and have appropriately selected a space to suit the unique needs of your booking/event.

Please note, for individuals or group of individuals, we only accept enquiries if it is for a minimum of 4 regular bookings. For example, 4 consecutive Mondays from 4 - 5pm. We do not offer once off bookings for individuals or groups of individuals.

I must contact the Cockburn ARC seven (7) days prior to my booking occuring if I wish to cancel my booking.
I must pay for each booking prior to the booking occuring *excluding organisations who have made alternative arrangements with us.
