If the complaint is aquatic, pool space etc

• Please refer to the DM in the first instance. If they want to speak to someone higher please refer to Rhiannon, then SJ

If a customer requests a call back regarding a complaint or nobody is available to speak to the customer:

• Email the details to the relevant Team Leader and CC their coordinator in.

If you have any queries regarding the vending machine:

Ask that the customer call Coke on 132653

and quote vending machine number 16V0571

(The café don’t have access to open the machine or check payments either and neither do we)

The customer needs to contact Coke directly.
