Group Fitness for Casuals
Casual GF class and age restrictions Yes.
We allow casuals to book into the GF class 3 hours prior to class commencement.
You will need to print a ticket to hand to the GF instructor.
Advise of 2 minute lock out rule.
To attend a GF class you will need to be 16 years and over
We also have a limit on class numbers so once the class is booked out we are unable to book in casuals.
Multiple GF classes in the dayYou can purchase a centre pass (16+ ONLY) which will allow you to do a max of 3 GF classes in one day.
A centre pass also allows gym access, aquatic entrance- spa, sauna, steam room, Wellness and a locker for the day.
GF classes can be booked through reception as the patron is present.
GF pass - patron not presentNo.
The patron must be in the centre to purchase a group fitness class pass.
We cannot book them in or reserve their spot in the class over the phone.
Casual class passes cannot be purchased on behalf of another patron.
We need to verify that the person attending the class is 16 years or older.
Companions attending GF classes / Aqua Classes
Booking a companionCompanions are able to attend a group fitness class for free with a patron if the patron provides their current companion card.
If the patron has forgetten their companion card they must pay.
Aqua Classes The companion does not require a ticket for the class. Sight the valid companion card and allow companion entry into the aqua class.
If the member/patron does not require direct assistance from the companion, the companion is able to sit on the benches and assist the member if/when needed.
Dry Group Fitness Classes - Confirm the member has booked into class
- Companion card on file / able to produce in person
- Room in class for companion to attend
- Book under - Companion Gf Entry
- Print ticket for companion to pass to GF instructor
Aqua class and Wellness accessNo staying after class.
If you would like access to the Wellness lounge you will need to purchase a centre pass.
