Health Club

There are two possible reasons that this is occuring:
1 - The wifi connection in the health club if unfortunately very temperamental so there could be a connection problem.
2 - Your member band has not been allocated to your MyWellness account. If this is the case please see a gym instructor and they will help allocate your band to your account for you.
3- You have not set up a MyWellness account. If this is the case please see a gym instructor and they will help create and allocate your band to a MyWellness account for you.

The Netflix on the machines is not Cockburn ARC's 'account' it is simply a shortcut to Netflix so the member can login to their own Netflix account.
Issues with Neflix are generally to do with the members Netflix account settings. Suggest to member to change the settings to standard definition not high definition and this will usually rectify the issue.

Members are entilted to complimentary gym appraisals, body fat scans, and workout programs.
This is organised with the gym instructors however, CSO's are able to book this in. 

Follow procedure
 

If a member doesn't have a booking through my wellness but would like a scan, there are a few options:
1. If a gym instructor is available please ask them if there is someone free to do a scan now?
2. If not, check my wellness to see if there is an available timeslot coming up.
3. Apologies, and rebook them in for the next time suitable for them.

Our PT's are contracted out, there for you are able to contact them personally and find out their packages.
