- When assistance is needed, for example if the patron is in significant distress or if they want to try to get police on site immediately, please call the Duty manager to attend to support you
If the incident can be handled by a cso- we need them to complete an incident report.
- We are not permitted under privacy laws to allow customers to view any CCTV footage, we need to be upfront with patrons about this
- We are not able to hand over copies of their incident reports this is for our record keeping.
- Any team member/supervisor can complete an incident report for the patron, then send a follow up email to the Team Leader of that zone to review
- We can take incident reports, but again this is for the business only and cannot be shared with the patron
We are unable to view footage in the instance of the occurance. Once the patron has completed an incident form, please advise they will need to complete a police report.
Once the police report is processed we release the footage to WAPOL upon request
only.
