Health Club

There are a few reasons this may be occuring:

1. The wifi connection in the health club can be very temperamental, there could be a connection problem.
2. Your member band may not be allocated to your MyWellness account. See a  fitness coach for assistance.
3. You have not set up a MyWellness account. See a fitness coach for assistance.

• Full Chrome bars are 20kg on their own

 

• Black ended bars are 10kg on their own

 

• Hex bar is 20kg on it's own

• Members are entilted to complimentary gym appraisals, body fat scans, and workout programs.
• Organised with the Fitness Coach however, CSO's can book members in. 
• If the cloud has a line through it and "send an invitation message", it means the account has not been fully created by the member adding a password, My Wellness will send an email with the link to Create Account, ask the member to complete this by creating a password. The account will now be live and can communicate with Perfect Gym via the Cockburn ARC App which they can download onto their mobile device.

If a member doesn't have a booking through my wellness but would like a body scan, there are a few options:

1.  If a Fitness Coach is available ask them if there is someone free to do a scan now?
2. Check my wellness to see if there is an available timeslot coming up.
3.  Apologise, and rebook them in for the next time suitable for them.

Our PT is contracted out, Members are able to contact them personally and find out their packages.
