There are a few reasons this may be occuring:
- The wifi connection in the health club can be very temperamental, there could be a connection problem.
- Your member band may not be allocated to your MyWellness account. See a fitness coach for assistance.
- You have not set up a MyWellness account. See a fitness coach for assistance.
If a member doesn't have a booking through my wellness but would like a body scan, there are a few options:
- If a Fitness Coach is available ask them if there is someone free to do a scan now?
- Check my wellness to see if there is an available timeslot coming up.
- Apologise, and rebook them in for the next time suitable for them.
Our PT is contracted out, Members are able to contact them personally and find out their packages.
