Creche

Guidelines

Parents must remain in centre at all times and be able to attend to child’s needs if required.
Immediately return to the crèche if requested by centre staff.
Complete all required paperwork including enrolment forms and keep information updated.
Sign child in and out of the crèche for every attended session.

Inform crèche staff if their child has any allergies or medical conditions.
Inform staff if the child has or has had an illness.
Inform crèche staff if their child requires food/bottle/sleep at a particular time.
Your child’s booking must not exceed three hours and attendance can be up to a maximum of 12 hours per week.

Ages

8 weeks up to (and including) 5 year olds

School holidays

Children up to the age of 11 are also welcome in Big Kids Creche during the school holidays.

Opening hours

Monday – Friday 8.45am to 12.45pm
Saturday - 8.15am to 12.15pm
Sundays - Closed

Registering and Booking

All children need to have an enrolment form completed via the website.
Bookings can be made online up until 1 hour prior to creche opening
Last minute bookings can be made depending on availability by phoning during creche hours,
Parent handouts and information is provided online to give parents an insight into our creche services.

Booking time unavailable on website

For staffing purposes times available will be cut off 1 hour prior to creche opening.
Patrons may call creche directly to check availability.
Advise patron to complete enrolment form prior to bringing child to creche.

Last minute bookings

Parents may call on the day to book their child in to creche.
Transfer the call to creche to advise if they have space for the child to attend.
