Birthday Parties

• Process as a casual entrance
• Not added to guest list
• Unable to pre pay
• Unable to enter party room due to capacity limits

• No additional /casual  guests permitted

• We encourage parents to come and supervise their children. 
• All parents are included in the party package 
• Adults can spectate or swim with the children free of charge.
• Adults requesting to use other facilities ie. Wellness Lounge  will be charged relevant full price entry fees.

• 3 nominated adults are permitted free entry on the slides.
• Not interchangable for children

• Parent's can arrive 30 minutes before the party start time to set up.
• ​Decorations are allowed on the windows only, none on the walls 
• Party room will need to be exited promptly, no clean up time provided afterwards
• Overstay fee will apply exiting late - $50 per hour

• Emailed once the party is paid for and confirmed.

• A refund can be issued provided notice of 6 weeks or more is given. A $40 administration fee will be deducted.
• A credit can be issued provided notice of 6 weeks or more is given.
• Rescheduling is permitted- 2 weeks notice required.

• Party room must be exited promptly
• Guests may remain in aquatic area
• WAW policy will apply as the water play lifeguard is only rostered on until the party conclusion time.

• Deliveries ie.Dominos-organise to meet outside

An email is sent once full payment is received outlining the following-

• Knives - reception have cake knifes for loaning, leave a valuable as the deposit until the knife is returned.
• Alcohol,
• Ceramics / Glass
• Electrical Applicances
• Sticky tape / Blu tack - not be used on any walls.

• Cling wrap
• Tea + Coffee etc

The party room must be cleaned (chairs, tables, floors, ovens and kitchen surfaces) and rubbish removed before the conclusion of your party.

• Payments are paid for online by the patron > Cockburn ARC website > birthday parties > view availability, book and pay online
• Existing account holders can pay through their PGM account
• Email confirmation sent to patron and info@email address
