What is the agreement with South Lake Dolphins
Dolphins Swim Club have been provided beneficial access to the stadium from 5.10am, 20 minutes prior to the centres advertised operating hours.
Coaches have been issued an access card which entitles access to the main entrance doors only from 5.10am to 5.15am (five minute period).
In the event swimmers are late, they are not permitted to access the building after 5.15am.
Dry land training occurs within the stadium only for a period of 20 minutes.
Swimmers and coaches are not permitted access to the pool hall prior to 5.30am, when the aquatic facility is open and available to general members of the public.
What are the times SLD members (and their spectator) are able to scan through the turnstiles?
12 and over SLD spectators:
The 12 years and over SLD membership holder and their guardian can gain entry during training times. As per below.

11 years and under; the spectator is able to access the facility each time the SLD child enters (due to the ARC supervision policy).
What is the spectator allowance for SLD members?
For SLD members, one free adult spectator entry is allowed at training times.
Outside lesson times the spectator of the child over 12 years would be required to pay relevant entry fees. * Please note if the child is 11 years and under the spectator will need to be present and enter with them.

Parents of a child with SLD visit passes are required to pay a spectator fee/ purchase SLD spectator visit passes.

** If the child is a SLD member the guardian should have a fob set up for them to scan themselves through.
My child is 11 years old, do I need to be there during training times?
Yes. As per the watch around water policy, any child 11 years or under are required to be supervised while on pool deck at all times. This includes morning training times.
Club Night
What to ask on club night if a SLD parent comes to reception and says they are here for Club Night.
1. Are you time keeping or spectating?
If they are time keeping, they are free as they are volunteering
If they are spectating they are charged normal spectator fee

SLD will send us a printed copy of the officials and are able to access the aquatic area free of charge on club night.
How do I contact South Lake Dolphins directly?
Dorian is happy for CSO's to give this number to parents interested in joining SLD. However please suggest looking at website: www.southlakedolphins.com.au and/or email: info@southlakedolphins.com.au first.
Dorian's number: 0411649666
Do SLD members require a photo on their account?
Yes. The SLD membership like other memberships cannot be shared with anyone else. Because of this we require a photo of the child in Links to monitor any potential band breach. Also if the child forgets their FOB we can identify it is their membership by the photo on the account.
SLD children with visit passes
If the child has visit passes the parent does not get in free of charge. it is only SLD members
