Visit Passes provide packs of entry to the aquatic area or the creche. The benefit is that visitors who don't yet wish to purchase a membership can buy packs and bypass the queue at reception each time.
It's important for visitors to know that they do expire within 12 months!
What to do when a customer has expired swim visit passes?We communicate with Multi Visit pass holders via email 6, 3 and 1 month before their passes expire.
We aren't able to extend expired visit passes.
Visit passes and guardian cardsI have a swim swim school guardian card, can this be used to add adult swim visits onto?
No. The turnstiles cannot tell the difference between your access during swimming lesson day and access for a swim. A multi visit pass form must be completed on the ipad, a separate account created in PG and an access FOB issued.
Important - As you will need to create a second account for the same person, ensure the words "(Visit pass)" are included after the last name of the patron. This will ensure there is no confusion if they accidently forget their access FOB and need to scan in or add more visits to their account.
Can a patron share their swim visit passes with a friend/partner/family member?Yes. As long as the other person is of the same demagraphic as the visit passes purchased e.g. an adult cannot share a FOB with child swim visit passes on it.
If a couple/friends would like to share the 1 swim visit FOB, they need to be aware that they will need to scan the pass at reception to use more than one pass in one visit.
If they intended to share their FOB frequently, to increase convenience for them we would encourage the patron to set up a separate swim visit account for each of them.
Can visit passes be credited if the patron joins as a memberYes. If any remaining visits stand when the patron joins up- we will add the credit amount to their membership and remove the visits
