We are not permitted under privacy laws to allow customers to view any CCTV footage. We release the CCTV footage to WAPOL upon their request only.
For lost/stolen items:- Please ask the member to fill in an incident report
- You may also fill in an incident report on their behalf
- We are not able to hand over copies of their incident reports this is for our record keeping.
For further action The member should visit the police and complete a police report
