Changing allocated facility
Work Instruction Overview
This work instruction details how to make a number of changes to a facility booking within the LINKS software system. Work Instruction Details Step One: Open Facility Booking Screen
Open facility booking screen > click ‘Edit Booking’
Complete filters (if applicable) to minimise the displayed bookings
Filtering results works best if the booking is over multiple days, spaces and times, with only a particular session requiring a change. For example, if the booking is set for each Saturday, 1-2pm and for two weeks the customer has requested an earlier start time, filter results to show from the required dates to minimise results.
Click each individual box to select the booking you want to edit
To select all booking lines, click on ‘Select All’ Step Two: Allocate a New facility to the Booking Line
Click on ‘change facility’
Double click on the facility you want to allocate from the ‘Facilities Tree’
Click on ‘Fill Down’ to apply changes to the selected booking lines
Green boxes will appear next to the facility name. This notes a change will be applied to these booking lines.
A confirmation pop up will appear regarding charges.
To keep the same charges, click ‘No’, clicking yes, will apply the default hourly rate (Community Rate) to update charges, click ‘Yes’.
Click ‘Ok’ to the following pop-up > Click ‘Close’ to revert back to your Facility Booking Screen where changes have been updated.
