Booking Deadlines
  • We are unable to accomadate same day bookings / changes.
  • Bookings require 2 weeks notice
  • Payment is due 7 days prior to booking date
  • Changes to bookings require min 7 days notice

No Exclusive Bookings

  • We are unable to offer exclusive lane bookings to individuals.
  • We only offer exclusive lane bookings to clubs, or organisations.
  • This is in line with the City of Cockburn procedures.
  
Room Hire Enquiry guidelines
Meeting room hire
  • Submit booking enquiry online
  • Room hire over 25 capacity - refer to Fremantle Football Club
         fremantlefc@fremantlefc.com.au or (08) 9433 7192.


 Studio room hire
  • Hire activity not damaging to floors ie. Taekwondo, dance rehearsals
  • Hire an ARC instructor with the room - refer to Terry
  • Refer patron to City OC website to find suitable room
Invoiced bookings
  • Regular hirers are invoiced monthly
  • Invoiving is arranged prior to the booking 
  • PGM profiles may show an outstanding balance, however once payment has gone through it will balance out.
 
  • Invoiced payments are rarely taken at reception
  • See a CSS if unsure of how to process the payment.
Changes to casual bookings
Contact the relevant department for any bookings change requested.
