Starting in term 1, this weekly 45 minute session is a fun introduction of yoga activities and games. It's suitable for ages 6 and over (primary school ages).
This session includes a short guided meditation at the end so kids leave with a feeling of calm and ease
Important benefits of yoga are:

- Reducing stress levels
- Calming the mind
Children who practice yoga are less stressed, have more balance (in body and mind) and perform better academically.
Starting these practices early in life is a sure way to set good foundations for the future!
Dates and Time (9 week program)
Mondays 4 to 4.45pm in the Mind and Body Studio on Level 1.
Starts Monday 11 February to 8 April.
Please note, parents are required to stay in the centre while children under 12 attend classes.
$10 per week.
Please book your child's place into each class you wish to attend and then come to reception to pay before the class.
