Our Monday Yoga and Wednesday Zumba classes run throughout the school term. You don't need to commit for a full term, but can just book in and come week by week. Primary School ages, no experience necessary. Plus we have a lounge right next door for Mum and Dad.
About the classes
This weekly 45 minute session is a fun introduction of yoga activities and games. It's suitable for ages 6 and over (primary school ages).
This session includes a short guided meditation at the end so kids leave with a feeling of calm and ease.
Important benefits of yoga are:

- Improving body awareness
- Improving focus and attention
- Reducing stress levels
- Calming the mind
Children who practice yoga are less stressed, have more balance (in body and mind) and perform better academically.
Starting these practices early in life is a sure way to set good foundations for the future!
$10 per week.

Mondays 4 to 4.45pm
Starts Monday 11 February to 8 April.
Please note, parents are required to stay in the centre while children under 12 attend classes.
Please book in below and pay $10 at reception before class.
Zumba Kids runs every Wednesday at 4pm during term time.
Zumba Kids classes develop healthy habits, feature age appropriate music and kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps and add games and activities into the mix.
Be active and jam out to your favourite music. Moves are easy to follow and it's all about having fun.

4 to 4.45pm in the Main Group Fitness Studio on Level 1.
Starts Wednesday 13 February to 10 April.
Ages 6 - 10.
$10 per child per class.
Please book your child's place into each class you wish to attend and then come to reception to pay before the class.
