This weekly 45 minute session is a fun introduction of yoga activities and games. It's suitable for ages 9-13 years.
This session includes a short guided meditation at the end so kids leave with a feeling of calm and ease.

Children who practice yoga are less stressed, have more balance (in body and mind) and perform better academically.

Starts Mondays 6 May to 1 July.
Please note, parents are required to stay in the centre while children under 12 attend classes.
