Registrations of all attendees

5Dec2020

From Saturday 5 December, everyone who visits the ARC must have their attendance registered.

COVID tracking starts this Saturday

What do you need to do?

Under the instructions of the West Australian Government, from Saturday 5 December, all visits to the ARC by people 16 years and over must be registered.

As a member, if you are coming to the centre to enter the gym, aquatics area or a group fitness class, then you don't need to do anything else, your member band will register your attendance

However, if you are attending as a visitor to the centre, and you are not a member registering through your band, you will need to do one of the following:

1.  Download the WA Safe app through the App Store or Google Play and scan the QR code at the entrance to the ARC.

This is the same app that you will require to register at many public facilities around WA, so we recommend this option as the quickest way to register as a visitor. The QR code will be located on a screen just inside the front doors.

More information about the app:

OR

2. Visit reception to register manually.

We have an easy to use digital log in system at reception that you can use to register your attendance. Our Customer Service Officers can help you with this option.

Thank you for your help in meeting this COVID requirement.

Access to the centre:

During this time, you will only be able to access the centre from the front doors on Veteran's Parade. Access to the centre via Victor George Kailis Oval will not be possible until further notice.

Visitors to Fremantle Football Club, Fremantle Football Club store, Plunge Cafe, Curtin University and LifeCare will also be required to register.

I'm a member coming to use the gym, what do I need to do?
Your visit will be the same as normal, as your access band records your attendance when you scan into the gym.
I'm a member coming for group fitness, what do I need to do?
As long as you scan in to a kiosk, that will record your visit and you need not take any further action.
Where can I find out more information?
You can find out more information about the COVID-19 registrations at the wa.gov.au website.
