The following fees have been amended after review in the 25/26 budget.
As part of the City of Cockburn's annual budget process a review of fees and charges has been conducted. The below fee updates have been approved and adopted by Council in the 2025/26 budget and will be implemented from Thursday 31 July.
Key Items:
Memberships
All membership fees will be increasing:
- Lifestyle Active will increase from $21.60 to $22.25 per week
- Flexi Active will increase from $24.60 to $25.25 per week
- Lifestyle Aquatic will increase from $16.30 to $16.80 per week
- Flexi Aquatic will increase from $18.30 to $18.85 per week
Foundation, FIFO, Youth, Teen and South Lake Dolphins will also all increase.
Sharing your membership band with others breaches our terms and conditions. A first offence will incur a $100 penalty, with repeat breaches increasing to $150.
Swim School
Weekly Swim School fees will increase from $19.50 to $19.90 per week.
Children's Services
2 hour Creche visits per child will increase from $5.40 to $5.55 per session.
Birthday parties and PlayActive have also increased.
Bookings
Facility hire rates will increase across the board.
The new fees will take effect from Thursday 31 July except for sports game fees which will take effect from the next season, and term-based programs such as PlayActive and Sports Clinics which will take effect from Term 3.
Concessions & Discounts
Government Concession & Health Care Card holders – 25% off
Seniors, Students & Very Important Volunteer (VIV) Card holders – 20% off
Schools (off the Community Rate) – 25% off
Group or Corporate Memberships (5 or more members) – 10% off
