Starting Wednesday 12 February, the following updates will apply:
- All Main Studio classes (Body Pump, Body Combat, TONE, etc.) will now take place in the new Mind Body Studio, alongside our usual yoga and some Pilates classes.
- HYBRID Plus, Glute Gainz, Move & Improve and some Body Combat and Zumba classes will take place in the Stadium.
- Some Pilates and Yoga classes will remain in the Crèche.
- Some 30-minute classes will revert to their original duration.
- Members can book into classes as usual.
- Store your belongings in the cubby holes outside the studios or use the lockers in the changerooms.
- Print your ticket from the kiosk outside the studios or use the kiosks near Plunge Café.

To kick things off on opening day, Wednesday 12 February, we have a special group fitness timetable. We’ll also be activating the member lounge from 8am-11am and 4:30pm-6:30pm with games, prizes, music, and a fun sparkles sequins dress theme. Plus, Group Fitness Instructors will run challenges during each class.
View opening day timetableThe current Cycle Studio and Mind Body Studio will close for renovations starting Wednesday 12 February, as they’re transformed into the new Main Group Fitness Studio. This space will feature both new classes and fan favorites, like Body Pump, Body Combat, Zumba, and more - set to open in just a couple of months.
