Let's Move for a Better World Postponed

12Mar2020

The global event has been postponed until October this year.

On Thursday 12 March, we received news from Technogym, our equipment partners, who head up the global campaign Let’s Move for a Better World, that they have made the decision to postpone the campaign until later in the year.

Rest assured that when it does come back, we will be more ready than ever, to take on centres all around the world and generate as many moves as we can.  While you may need to wait a little bit longer to be eligible for a Let’s Move Training shirt,  we will definitely make sure they will still be there as an incentive when the time comes!

But there's more...

In the meantime, we think it’s still important to keep everyone moving, so we’re going to run a challenge exclusively for our ARC members. From March 23 to April 3, we’ll be challenging you to complete 10,000 moves! Everyone that reaches 10,000 moves in the this time will go in the draw to win a $1000 Crown voucher.  Easter drinks around the pool anyone?

You can generate your moves in a number of ways… through the connected equipment in the gym, your heart rate device through team beats or through outdoor exercise  through the outdoor tracker in the Cockburn ARC app.

So register for the campaign  through the ARC app, gym kiosk or connected equipment and  get moving from March 23!

May the best moves win!
