If you want the optimal mix of strength, CARDIO and core training this is it. Step into a LES MILLS TONE class and you'll tick off a complete workout.
This mix of all modes of functional training will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level.
LES MILLS TONE has a wide variety of options accommodating ALL fitness levels and abilities.
What are the benefits?
LES MILLS TONE will burn calories and help you build fitness and strength while improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility and core strength.
What do you need to wear?
All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. A resistance tube and weight plates will be supplied in the class.
How fit do you need to be?
LES MILLS TONE instructors provide options for all fitness levels.
This means if you are already fit, we can challenge you in all areas of your fitness
But you don’t need to be fit, just keen to get fitter and healthier. You’ll find your fitness, strength and agility improves over a number of sessions. The results you get depend on how hard you push yourself – you can certainly work up a sweat when you’re ready.
Can I do TONE if I am pregnant?
Safety is our number one priority, so we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history. Chat to your class instructor beforehand to let them know you’re pregnant. They’ll suggest some options for you throughout the class.
