28Apr2022
From 12:01am on Friday 29 April, public health and social measures will be easing.
As announced by the Premier on Tuesday 26 April, WA will be easing public health and social measures opens in a new window from Friday 29 April.
Key changes include the removal of masks in most indoor venues, density and capacity limits and proof of vaccination. The protocol for close contacts has also been updated.
This will impact all patrons accessing our centre. Please take the time to read through the changes below carefully.
Masks not mandatory
Patrons will not be required to wear masks to access our services and programs. However, masks are encouraged where physical distancing isn’t possible.
Changes to protocols for close contacts
Patrons who have been identified as close contacts but have no symptoms are not required to isolate for seven days as long as they:
- Have completed a Rapid Antigen Test with a negative result.
- Wear a mask when walking around the centre. They are not required to wear a mask if they’re swimming, exercising or consuming food and drinks.
If you have been identified as a close contact and have symptoms, you must follow the existing protocols.
Capacity and density limits removed
The 2 square metre rule will no longer be in place and spectator limits will be removed for our stadium. This means capacity limits for our spa, sauna and steam facilities will also be lifted.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination not required
Members do not have to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to access our gym, group fitness studios, café and play centre.
