There will be some changes to our group fitness timetable from early July.
The following changes will take affect from 2 July
New class Gym Fit 9.30am commencing 2
5.45am YogaFit will cease, last class 26 June
6.00pm Sprint will commence earlier at 5.45pm from 3
9.30am Spin class will cease, last class 28 June
New class GymFit 9.30am commencing 5 July
Tai Chill will move from Thursday to Friday. Last class Thursday 28 June.
Thursday 5.30pm Pilates will commence later at 5.45pm from 5
11.45am new Tai Chill class from Friday 6 July
5.30pm Metafit will cease last class 29 June
Body Pump Xpress will change from 30 to 45 minutes from 6 July.
