Changes to Booking Terms and Conditions

In our ongoing drive to ensure the safety of our customers, we've made some amendments to our Booking Terms and Conditions.

In our ongoing drive to ensure the safety of our customers and adapt to the constantly evolving COVID-19 situation, we've made some amendments to our Booking Terms and Conditions opens in a new window.

The primary changes include:

• Coaching at ARC will only be allowed for customers who have lodged a formal booking form with the facility. This allows Cockburn ARC to better ensure the safety of all customers and confirm that all third-party responsibilities are met by those wishing to coach.
• The required 7-day cancellation period can now be waived for hirers who can demonstrate that they need to make a short notice cancellation due to the impact of a COVID-19 exposure.
• Seven days' notice will be required to amend or adjust any booking. This assists us to ensure that our team can respond in line with the City of Cockburn’s Customer Service Charter and to communicate these changes and resource requirements to the greater Cockburn ARC team.

These Terms and Conditions opens in a new window will come into effect as of Monday 25 April 2022.
