This two hour workshop will take you through an exercise program used by Tibetan monks
Five Tibetan Rites (Fountain of Youth) is an exercise program used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy lives, this is a practice that is made up of a set of movements repeated 21 times that stimulate the chakras (the seven energy centres of the body) The number 21 is considered a sacred number in Tibet.
Performing Sun Salutations regularly increases energy circulation (Prana) in the body and assists with removal of emotional and physical blockages. These energizing sequences link the body, breath, and mind, and revitalises both physically and spiritually.
Both of these ancient Yoga practices stimulate the circulation of life energy throughout the body and slow the aging process. When practiced daily, they are said to enhance mental clarity and memory, balance hormones, improve health and support emotional well-being.
