Pilates with Props uses equipment to intensify your Pilates workout and add variety to your routine.
The Magic circle provides resistance for faster, more targeted toning, improving muscle strength throughout the body particularly the inner and outer thighs, upper arms and chest.
Resistance bands provide adjustable resistance for both stretch & strength exercises.
Options are unlimited for Pilates on the fitball, with a range of exercises that hone a blend of mobility, strength, core control, postural awareness and flexibility.
Foam rollers help to massage tight muscles for myofascial release, and to ease the pain at trigger points, it helps release muscle knots and helps to improve performance.
Most of all Pilates with Props is FUN
This class is for:
- Pilates lovers (let instructors know any specific injuries or conditions)
- Anyone who would like to take Pilates beyond the generic Pilates class
