Wholesome Shoulders


A 2 hour specialised yoga session focusing on loosening up your tight and tensed shoulders. 

The shoulder is a complex joint with a large range of motion.  During the cold Winter months, we tend to hunch our back, close our chest and lift our shoulders - causing heavy, tensed shoulders.

In this workshop, Steff our yoga instructor will show you how to relax tight shoulders, and teach you how to strengthen and lengthen this area of your body.
