We're asking our staff and members to take on The Push-Up Challenge to help raise awareness of mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Sadly, 3139 people lost their lives to suicide in Australia in 2020. That's why from 1-24 June, we're asking our staff and members to take on
The Push-Up Challenge and complete 3139 push-ups across 24 days to help change this.
All funds raised will help
Lifelife Australia continue their vital work providing crisis support services, advocating for change and running prevention programs, so no one is going through their darkest moments alone.
Ways you can get involved
Join A Team
You can create or join an existing team under
our fundraising page. Family and friends are also welcome to join and can sign up to be a part of your team. You can choose to complete 785, 1570, 2354 or the full 3139 push-ups across the 24 days. You can even add in exercise alternatives like sit-ups or squats to mix things up a bit.

Log and track your progress
Once you have registered for the challenge and set your overall goal, from Wednesday 1 June, you can start logging your progress via The Push-Up Challenge website, or simply download their app. Remember, you can do this anywhere, anytime!
