RPM in August and September will be turning back the clock with retro music.
We are running a series of retro themed classes over August and September.
Retro classes will run for 6 weeks on Thursdays at 6pm, playing mixes from from the following eras:
70’s/80’s mix Aug 16 and Aug 23
90’s mix Aug Aug 30 and Sept 6
00’s mix Sept Sept 13 and Sept 20
RPM is a fantastic 45 minute workout that can burn up to 675 calories per session.
This is a low impact, FUN class where you get to control the intensity. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Retro dress is welcome but optional.
