Pregnancy Yoga

In our yoga classes Steff (midwife, doula and yoga teacher ) focusses on breathing techniques, gentle stretching and relaxing of mind and body.

Pregnancy is a time to ( re - ) connect with your body and connect with your baby, particularly in hectic times like these.
 
Yoga helps to reduce stress and anxiety, decreases lower back pain, nausea, carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms, headaches and shortness of breath.
 
Yoga improves sleep and increases strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.
 
In our yoga classes Steff (midwife, doula and yoga teacher ) focusses on breathing techniques,  gentle stretching and relaxing of mind and body.
 

In the 6th and last session, you will be invited (optional) to bring your partner to learn how to assist you with postures and breathing techniques to assist with childbirth. This session is a 2 hour session.
