A fun aerobic class incorporating fit balls and drumsticks!

Drums Alive is a fun aerobic exercise incorporating fit balls and drumsticks
 
Come along for a new experience combining exercise with music, drumming and rhythms. These sessions will improve physical cognitive and emotional health regardless of age or ability and it's FUN!

Led by one of our experienced instructors to groove, bop and forget you are even exercising. 
 
Exercise ball, pair of drumsticks and a funky soundtrack provided!
 
Running for each Wednesday from 8 September, 12 noon (in place of Move and Improve).

Book in to class as usual.
