BURN is a full body workout that incorporates dance movements with dumbbells and resistance bands to tone your muscles.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels. It's low impact, low complexity and low to medium intensity. You set the pace by choosing the resistance that's right for you.
You'll leave the class feeling stronger, leaner and more agile!
BURN will be hitting our Group Fitness Timetable from 2 June and will run on Thursdays at 10.30am in place of Zumba.

Members can register for the class as usual. Non-members can book online and pay $17 at reception on the day.
