Courage to Evolve
Did you know you have 3 brains? Science is now recognising what ancient wisdom traditions such as yoga have known for centuries. Your heart and your gut have an intelligence in your head and when we can get them to work together, it is possible to evolve to level of being who you truly want.
Join us for another Multiple Brain Integration Workshop where will explore the competences of the heart and the gut, how to listen deeply to its desires and how to connect more deeply with yourself and others.
This is a guided and experimental workshop to help tap into your compassionate and courageous self.
Yoga for Leading from the Heart
Following a short break this yoga session will take you on a journey to open your heart, get out of your mind and tap into your intuition. Explore yoga postures coupled with chakra-based breathing to release blocks within. Bring along a challenge you are facing and work through it with this creative and heart focused flow of compassionate energy to light you up from within and bring you to a deep knowing of how to best move through your challenge.
Beth is a trainer, coach and facilitator who facilitates human development using concepts of NLP (neuro linguistic programming) accelerated learning and emotional intelligence.
She has worked in many fields, including Corporate Companies, West Australian Government and Private Centres.
