Generate 7000 moves or attend 14 group fitness classes from 9 - 29 November to join our exclusive ARChiever club!
Update February 15: The High ARChiever shirts have arrived and are available for collection at the gym reception desk. You can also collect the shirt of a family member, however you will need to sign for it.
Congratulations to all the participants whose hard work has rewarded them with a ARChiever shirt.
If you took the goup fitness route and completed 14 classes, then make sure you drop your card into reception with your shirt size. If we don't have your card, you won't get a shirt.
If you instead achieved 7000 moves on the MyWellness app, we have emailed you on Tuesday 1 December for your shirt size. Please reply back to that email if you haven't already.
Please return your card (group fitness), or respond to the email (gym) by
COB Monday 7 December.
We anticipate shirts will be ready early to mid 2021.

How do I register?
Registration is easy and can be done on the Cockburn ARC app, the kiosks or the cardio equipment. If you're not sure just ask one of our Gym Instructors next time you are in the centre.
Register this week so that you're ready to go on Monday 9 November. Remember, you don't need to register if you're attending group fitness classes during the challenge.
What is a move?
A MOVE is simply a unit of exercise measurement used by Technogym, who supply all our equipment in the gym. You can collect moves in many ways:
- On connected equipment at ARC – cardio and pin loaded machines in the health club.
- Using your smart phone, logging into the Cockburn ARC app and selecting “Outdoor activity training”. Simply start the activity and bring your phone when taking the dog for a walk, jogging around the park or taking a leisurely weekend bike ride.
- Using third party apps with GPS capability connected to their wellness account, you will need to log a work out on their device as it doesn’t count daily activity.
Can I do a mix of moves and classes to get a shirt?
No, a member cannot mix the two criteria’s (moves and classes) to receive a shirt- they need to complete one or the other. A member is only eligible to receive one shirt
When will I get my shirt?
Shirts will be available for collection in early 2021 once produced. All successful participants will be notified in early December to follow up shirt size for anyone doing the gym side of the challenge. We'll get in touch with you once the shirts arrive.
What size shirt am I?
We won’t have sizes for trying on, but they are fairly true to Australian sizing, however you can get a size up if you prefer a looser fit.
Do Aqua classes count?
Yes! Aqua classes count as do those completed during
Aquathon, Saturday 21 November.
Can I buy a shirt?
Unfortunately no, the shirts are exclusive to the challenge and those who successfully ARChieve the 7000 moves or 14 classes
