Come join Nicola with this fun 9 week program that focuses on improving your body's movements and posture.

In this 9 week program, we’ll be looking closely at our posture and how Pilates can help to make changes and improvements to it.
 
We’ll also look at how your body reacts in different directions and movements, and what you personally can do to slow down the stiffness of age.
 
The vast majority of our aches and pains are caused by joints misalignment. Learning to identify and correct  this misalignment can then support our body and lead a pain free life with good mobility and ability.
 
If you would like to take a more in depth look at your body, your movements and how you can make some positive changes, this may be the class for you.

This class is for:
  • Pilates lovers wanting a personalised approach to posture and movements (let instructors know any specific injuries or conditions)
  • Anyone who would like to take Pilates beyond the generic Pilates class
  • Anyone who regularly attends 
  • Anyone who loves music and fitness
