Start your teen on a lifelong love of yoga. We are trialling classes for ages 12 to 16.
In teen yoga classes we focus on promoting feelings of wellbeing and body acceptance, building up strength (mentally and physically) as well as flexibility.
Important benefits of teen yoga are:

- Calming the mind
Teenagers who practice yoga are less stressed, have more balance (in body and mind) and perform better academically
